DuPont™ Pyralux® HT

Pyralux® HT is the perfect flexible material for any high temperature based applications. Ideal for down well or under hood markets, Pyralux® HT when paired with AP has a MOT of 225°C. This unique adhesive can function as a Coverlay, sheet adhesive or bond ply. HT can also run throughout any rigid portions of the board risking failures in PTH’s or other sensitive copper structures due to the polyimides low CTE. Special lamination is required.
