EMC’s EM-892K2 is a next-generation Printed Circuit Board prepreg and laminate system for 112G Applications and beyond. Now in mass production, EM-892K2 is one of the highest speed/lowest loss PCB dielectric system available.
EM-892K2 combines a low CTE, extreme low loss resin system with the advanced LDK2 glass reinforcement. Together they provide outstanding microvia reliability and a highly manufacturable PCB fabrication process that delivers next level signal performance for high speed designs.
