Paul Welter brings over 20 years of experience in the PCB and industrial metal finishing industries. He was an account manager for ECEMS for the upper Midwest Territory. Before that, Welter held a senior account manager position at Tapco Circuit Supply. He is a chemistry graduate from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. His process expertise includes metallization, imaging and lamination in rigid and flexible PCB manufacturing, and decorative and engineering coatings in general metal finishings as well as plating on plastics and connector applications.
